n Register by Phone: If you wish to register by phone and pay the class deposit fee by MasterCard or Visa, please call us at 631-692-4145.
n Register by Mail: To register by mail, please print* the form below, fill it out and return it via mail to: Sentimental Stitches, 181 Main Street, Cold Spring Harbor, New York 11724. Please include your check for the class deposit and a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that we can mail your receipt and materials list to you. (*Use either the File > Print function of your browser toolbar or Control + P)
Please note that while classes may be scheduled in the future and seem far away now, class sizes are limited and instructors need to be able to plan appropriately. A deposit of half the fee is due at time of registration. The balance is due at the time of the first class. There will be NO REFUNDS unless the class is cancelled due to less than minimum enrollment. Remember, unless stated, the class fee DOES NOT include the cost of materials. Our classes fill up rapidly, so sign up as soon as possible!
